As a Senior/Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Plan, coordinate, direct, and evaluate nursing activities and resource utilization to meet MOH guidelines and organizational standards.

• Lead and promote clinical safety, risk management, and best practices in collaboration with relevant departments.

• Oversee service planning, implementation, and evaluation, including quality audits and performance monitoring.

• Drive continuous improvement through evidence-based practice and updated SOPs.

• Collaborate with management and interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate programs and services.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and advocacy for nursing leaders and educators.

• Manage recruitment, training, and competency assessment of nursing and care staff.

• Ensure fair performance appraisals and staff development.

• Develop strategic plans with HODs to enhance service delivery and achieve KPIs.

• Oversee compliance and quality standards for Home and Personal Care services.

• Implement training and governance initiatives to improve client care, safety, and clinical quality.

• Participate in staff education, training, and development; maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning and networking; and contribute to clinical service projects.

• Demonstrate accountability for professional and leadership development; undertake additional duties as assigned by HOD.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Have a minimum of 5 years of Nursing Management qualification or other health services management experience, with at least 3 years of people management experience
• At least 5 years of experience in community care setting
