As an Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Source and develop new sales opportunities across marine, port, and heavy machinery markets.
- Engage prospective clients through structured presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Manage client accounts through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
- Work closely with operations, service, and technical teams to support sales delivery and execution.
- Act as a key point of contact for post-sale support, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Conduct routine site and client visits to evaluate service performance and identify additional needs.
- Maintain long-term partnerships with customers, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
- Facilitate product briefings and operational training for clients when required.
- Apply practical mechanical knowledge to support basic diagnostics during on-site situations.
- Respond to technical queries related to equipment functionality and service solutions.
- Liaise with service and engineering teams to coordinate effective issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and sales documentation to support team operations.
- Travel domestically and overseas to support business development and client engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, or a technical role within the heavy equipment, marine, or port services industry.
