As a Loan Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Actively prospect and secure new SME clients seeking unsecured business loans and working capital solutions.

Establish and nurture a robust sales pipeline through independent lead generation, industry networking, and strategic referral channels.

Drive the end-to-end sales process, encompassing initial market outreach, solution pitching, deal negotiation, and final closure.

Perform initial credit evaluations by analyzing corporate financial records, bank statements, and ACRA data to gauge creditworthiness.

Design and customize viable alternative financing structures aligned with the client’s operational cash flows and funding needs.

Collaborate seamlessly with internal Credit and Risk Assessment operations to facilitate efficient loan processing and approval.

Nurture strong post-approval relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty, secure account renewals, and generate organic referrals.

Consistently track repayment health across your managed portfolio and proactively manage the renewal cycle.
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / degree in any field.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience specializing in SME commercial loans, unsecured business financing, or corporate lending within Singapore.

Good knowledge of SME credit risk assessment, financial statement interpretation, and cash flow analysis.

Prior experience working within fintech lending institutions or alternative financing platforms is a strong plus.
