As an Assistant Manager, Finance (Costing), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Work closely with stakeholders on cost calculation and pricing for existing and new services.
Perform annual cost updates and support the implementation of new costing systems.
Apply National Costing Guidelines across different services and care settings.
Support cost optimisation, process improvement, and pricing revision initiatives.
Ensure smooth execution of price revisions and compliance with MOH policies.
Prepare clear, value-adding reports for senior management.
Provide business partnering support and assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience (healthcare/public healthcare costing experience is an advantage).
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to change
