As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring timely service delivery that consistently meets company and client standards.
  • Manage and coordinate site supervisors and cleaning teams, including manpower planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and attendance management.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve high performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively handling feedback, inquiries, and service recovery to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and safety risk assessments to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Handle on-site issues and incidents effectively, including conflict resolution, service recovery, and incident reporting.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and effective inventory control.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and optimal functioning of cleaning equipment, tools, and facilities.
  • Prepare and present regular operational and management reports to support decision-making.
  • Undertake ad-hoc operational duties as required to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field, with experience in cleaning or facilities management preferred; holds a valid Class 3/3A driving licence and possesses basic financial knowledge.
  • Flexible to work weekends and early hours; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with excellent time management; able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
