As a Senior Executive/Executive (Membership & Guest Services), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Drive guest engagement and resort traffic by delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and promoting membership enrolment initiatives

  • Support day-to-day operational activities and assist in the execution of seasonal campaigns, special events, and promotional activities

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the organisation’s offerings, services, and ongoing initiatives to effectively communicate updates and recommendations to guests

  • Coordinate closely with internal departments including Reservations, Transportation, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely resolution of requests

  • Provide administrative and operational support for interdepartmental projects, while working collaboratively with various business units to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with relevant experience in the hospitality or service industry.

  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
