  As a Quantity Surveyor (M&E), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Design Support pre-contract and post-contract administration for assigned projects.
• Review tender documents, work specifications, quantity take-offs, and project costings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions while supporting project delivery.
• Assist the Project Team in resolving contractual and commercial matters.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring cost efficiency and budget control.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation, project records, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying within Commercial, M&E, or Infrastructure projects is preferred.
