As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficient and seamless service
- Support supplier ordering processes
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the service team to drive high performance and guest satisfaction
- Welcome and interact with guests to deliver exceptional customer service and elevate their dining experience
- Handle guest feedback by promptly and professionally addressing and resolving concerns
- Liaise with kitchen staff and the Restaurant Manager to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service
- Monitor and uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across the restaurant
- Support opening and closing procedures, including reservations management and cashiering duties
- Train new team members on company SOPs to maintain service quality and operational consistency
Requirements
- At least 4 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
- Experience in Japanese dining, omakase, or wine/sake service is a plus.
