As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Oversee the entire sales cycle, from proposal preparation to receiving sales orders.

Prepare and process all customer quotes to ensure that it is competitive and clearly presented.

Ensure all quotes align with customer needs and specifications.
-
Source appropriate products and input supplier contractual pricing into the system.
-
Actively suggest alternative solutions and seek upselling opportunities.
-
Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with customers to maximize business opportunities.
-
Proactively inform customers of any delivery delays that may affect their supply chain.
-
Report any recurring customer issues to the Business Development Manager and/or Sales Director.

Communicate customer forecasts and restocking suggestions to the Purchasing Department and/or Product Manager.
-
Regularly follow up on outstanding quotes.
-
Attend business meetings and provide updates on active projects.
-
Enter orders into the system and send order confirmations when required.
-
Participate in customer visits and trade shows as requested by the Sales Manager.
-
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Possess a min Diploma in any related discipline
