As a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Emergency Preparedness, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Serve as the primary liaison with government, emergency, and external agencies on emergency preparedness and security matters.

Ensure organisational readiness to respond to public health crises, natural disasters, infrastructure disruptions, and national or civil emergencies.

Support planning and development of new facilities by advising on emergency preparedness, security, infrastructure, and staff training requirements.

Plan, coordinate, and conduct emergency and security drills, exercises, briefings, and training to test and strengthen procedures and staff readiness.

Represent the organisation on security-related matters, proposing and implementing security initiatives in collaboration with management and staff.

Establish and support security committees or working groups to ensure consistent implementation of security measures across all sites.

Review, enhance, and maintain security protocols, equipment, and resources to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Collaborate with law enforcement and external agencies to promote security awareness and preparedness activities.

Drive a data-driven approach by developing and maintaining performance indicators and reports to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Participate in external working groups, special projects, and multi-agency exercises to strengthen emergency response capabilities and coordination.
Requirements:
