As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media platforms.
- Effectively manage a large volume of customer interactions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Schedule patient appointments at the clinic.
- Utilize the clinic’s management software for administrative and booking tasks.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding dental treatments and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks within the Customer Service department.
- Foster long-term customer relationships through clear, open, and engaging communication.
- Understand and evaluate patients’ needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Welcome customers warmly and determine the reason for their visit or call.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to maintain quality service standards.
- Prepare basic reports on appointment bookings and patient follow-ups.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Possess a min. Nitec qualification.
