As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media platforms.
  • Effectively manage a large volume of customer interactions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Schedule patient appointments at the clinic.
  • Utilize the clinic’s management software for administrative and booking tasks.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding dental treatments and procedures.
  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks within the Customer Service department.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships through clear, open, and engaging communication.
  • Understand and evaluate patients’ needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Welcome customers warmly and determine the reason for their visit or call.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to maintain quality service standards.
  • Prepare basic reports on appointment bookings and patient follow-ups.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Possess a min. Nitec qualification.
