As an Accounts Receivable Executive (Finance) – Healthcare industry, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Ensure that billing and accounts receivable processes comply with company policies and statutory regulations.

Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely issuance in accordance with billing procedures.

Prepare and post journal entries for financial transactions.
-
Review credit control and billing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Record general ledger entries and adjustments related to collections.
-
Administer monthly revenue accruals and ensure appropriate revenue recognition.
-
Prepare monthly provisions for bad debts, if applicable.
-
Collaborate with internal teams, departments, or customers to resolve financial and related issues.

Perform income reconciliation, customer account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
-
Communicate and resolve discrepancies in collections with customers or relevant departments.
-
Prepare and post month-end general ledger (GL) entries.
-
Ensure bank and accounts receivable (AR) clearing accounts are fully reconciled and cleared during the month-end closing process.

Participate in both internal and external audit processes.

Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:

Possess a Diploma in Accountancy with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or currently pursuing ACCA (completed at least Level 2) / Degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
