As a Biotechnician cum Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform routine servicing, calibration, and troubleshooting of dialysis machines and water treatment systems.
• Ensure all biomedical equipment meets regulatory standards and service requirements.
• Liaise with external service providers for repairs, upgrades, and equipment servicing.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all equipment service and maintenance activities.
• Support day-to-day clinic functions, including inventory control, logistics, and procurement of medical supplies.
• Enforce proper waste disposal and maintain clinic hygiene according to infection control standards.
• Participate in internal audits and ensure preparedness for MOH and other regulatory inspections.
• Assist with renewal of clinic licenses and registration of biomedical equipment.
• Coordinate with nurses and admin staff to ensure smooth clinic workflows and operations.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support and guidance on dialysis machines to clinical staff.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.  
• At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in healthcare industry
• Knowledge of dialysis machines and water treatment systems is an advantage.
