As a BIM M&E Drafter , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Draft and design M&E systems, including ductwork, ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers
• Perform quantity take-off for MEP services and prepare required documentation
• Provide construction drawings and support testing and commissioning
• Conduct post-installation inspections and testing
• Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E teams to resolve technical and interface issues
• Design duct sizing manually and using duct checker software
• Assist senior modelers with CSD and submission requirements

Requirements:

• At least minimum Diploma
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in BIM M&E / ACMV
