As a Senior Assistant Manager (Social Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead the strategic development of portfolios aimed at advancing social-health integration and improving community-based care delivery.
  • Conceptualize and manage collaborative efforts with partners to support the implementation of new policies and initiatives.
  • Formulate strategies and workplans to strengthen the involvement in emerging health and social policies, promoting integrated care efforts.
  • Proactively identify collaboration opportunities and maintain regular engagement with agency/community partners and internal stakeholders to foster shared success.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management of assigned initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Stay informed on trends and developments in the health and social care landscape to inform strategy and planning.
  • Perform secretariat duties to facilitate discussions and drive progress across assigned portfolios.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
