As a Senior Assistant Manager (Social Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead the strategic development of portfolios aimed at advancing social-health integration and improving community-based care delivery.
- Conceptualize and manage collaborative efforts with partners to support the implementation of new policies and initiatives.
- Formulate strategies and workplans to strengthen the involvement in emerging health and social policies, promoting integrated care efforts.
- Proactively identify collaboration opportunities and maintain regular engagement with agency/community partners and internal stakeholders to foster shared success.
- Oversee end-to-end project management of assigned initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Stay informed on trends and developments in the health and social care landscape to inform strategy and planning.
- Perform secretariat duties to facilitate discussions and drive progress across assigned portfolios.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
