As a Senior Manager (Compliance and Carrier Operations), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Leading the company’s regulatory strategy and compliance efforts related to interconnection and carrier partnerships.
• Ensures adherence to telecommunications regulations, negotiates and manages interconnect arrangements, and serves as a key liaison with industry regulators and peer operators.
• Track, analyze, and interpret telecom regulatory developments.
• Monitor and ensure operational compliance with telecom codes of practice, licensing obligations, and interconnection agreements.
• Draft high-quality regulatory filings, consultation responses, position papers, and internal policy briefs.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with regulatory authorities, industry bodies, peer operators, and internal departments.
• Work closely with legal, network, commercial, and strategy teams to implement regulatory decisions and meet compliance requirements.
• Lead negotiations, drafting, and management of interconnection agreements with peer operators; ensure compliance and mutual benefit.
• Analyze interconnect cost structures, recovery mechanisms, and their impact on the company’s commercial and regulatory positioning.
• Advise senior management on regulatory risks and opportunities, incorporating legal, technical, and public policy considerations.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or related field.
• At least 10 years’ of working experience in regulated industries.
• Strategic thinker with commercial awareness of telecom business models.
