As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

•  Oversee and coordinate all operational functions to ensure the facility delivers efficient, high-quality patient care.

• Understand the expectations of patients, referral sources, suppliers, partners and doctors to build strong relationships and resolve service issues promptly.

• Act as the primary contact for on-site consultants and broader oncology specialists to foster effective collaboration.

• Manage the site’s financial performance, including preparation and stewardship of annual budgets, capital plans and maintenance requirements.

• Approve and escalate patient accounts as needed to support accurate financial administration.

• Work with the Business Development Manager to grow the site’s commercial profile, drive strategic priorities and pursue opportunities to increase activity and revenue.

• Lead the roll-out and monitoring of clinical governance and risk management frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.

• Oversee incident management, accreditation activities, policy reviews and quality improvement initiatives to support best-practice operations and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Nursing, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy or relevant field

• At least 5 years of working experience in healthcare setting
