As an Assistant Manager (Business Partnering), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices.
- Manage and drive the Learning Management System (LMS), including e-learning administration and maintenance of training records.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and develop training plans in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and deliver training programmes, including in-house training and employee orientation.
- Oversee end-to-end training administration, reporting, and training budget tracking.
- Design and implement career progression and succession planning frameworks to support internal mobility and retention.
- Partner with business stakeholders and HRBPs to identify, develop, and engage talent pipelines.
- Support employer branding, talent engagement, and workforce development initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and workplace wellbeing programmes.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to promote mental health awareness and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Prepare staff communications and reports, and support ad-hoc HR initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of five years’ relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues proactively
