As a Executive (Patient Relations Services), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Receive, assess, and manage patient and family feedback across multiple channels, including complaints, compliments, and suggestions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to acknowledge concerns, clarify issues, and keep patients and families informed.
- Coordinate investigations with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure accurate fact-finding and appropriate resolution.
- Prepare clear, empathetic, and professional written and verbal responses in line with institutional policies and service standards.
- Support service recovery efforts to address concerns and rebuild patient and family trust.
- Act as a neutral liaison between patients/families and hospital departments to facilitate understanding and resolution.
- Coordinate and facilitate family conferences with relevant stakeholders, including minute-taking and formal case closure communication.
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases to management in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation, analyze feedback trends, and prepare reports with insights to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with governance requirements, response timelines, confidentiality standards, and patient experience objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Communications/ Public Relations, Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines
- Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Preferably in healthcare sector
