As a HR Assistant (1 Year Contract) , you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support HR Department with a focus on Compensation & Benefits operations.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll-related matters, HRMS, and statutory compliance.
- Manage vendor programs, including sourcing, negotiation, and ongoing relationships.
- Process and verify employee benefit and insurance claims.
- Maintain accurate leave and employee records.
- Support employee recognition and awards programs.
- Administer statutory schemes such as grants and foreign worker levies.
- Generate, prepare, and analyze HR reports (payroll, headcount, attrition, overtime, leave).
- Assist with HRMS enhancements, testing, and projects.
- Participate in HR initiatives, surveys, and statutory submissions to MOM and other authorities.
- Perform general administrative duties, including procurement, letters, invoices, and name cards.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR operations.
- Work independently and collaboratively with strong initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or related field with 2–3 years’ HR experience and Employment Act knowledge.
- Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot, VLOOKUP).
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and confidentiality.
