As a HR Assistant (1 Year Contract) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support HR Department with a focus on Compensation & Benefits operations.
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll-related matters, HRMS, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage vendor programs, including sourcing, negotiation, and ongoing relationships.
  • Process and verify employee benefit and insurance claims.
  • Maintain accurate leave and employee records.
  • Support employee recognition and awards programs.
  • Administer statutory schemes such as grants and foreign worker levies.
  • Generate, prepare, and analyze HR reports (payroll, headcount, attrition, overtime, leave).
  • Assist with HRMS enhancements, testing, and projects.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, surveys, and statutory submissions to MOM and other authorities.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including procurement, letters, invoices, and name cards.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR operations.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with strong initiative, organization, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR or related field with 2–3 years’ HR experience and Employment Act knowledge.
  • Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot, VLOOKUP).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and confidentiality.
