As a Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee a comprehensive course portfolio.

• Build and manage a high-performing trainer ecosystem across various disciplines.

• Oversee and expand accreditations with key regulatory and professional authorities.

• Lead audit readiness and ensure robust quality assurance across operations.

• Champion operational excellence and scalable training delivery models.

• Cultivate partnerships with regulators and key industry stakeholders.

• Contribute to revenue growth through strong client engagement and business development support.

• Partner with regional teams to integrate global expertise and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience
