As a Associate, Human Resources (Education Services), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide HR support to assigned business units in partnership with stakeholders
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and sourcing channels
  • Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle changes (confirmation, transfers, renewals, etc.)
  • Handle work pass matters in compliance with regulations
  • Support employee relations, including grievances and performance issues
  • Manage offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance
  • Maintain HR reports, records, and HRIS data accuracy
  • Collaborate with C&B and L&D teams on HR initiatives
  • Improve HR processes and support ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma in HR/Business (or related) with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
