As an Executive, Human Resources (Education Services), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide HR support to business units and manage stakeholder relationships
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies; handle end-to-end hiring and onboarding
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (confirmation, transfers, renewals, re-employment)
- Oversee work pass administration in line with regulations
- Support employee relations, including performance and disciplinary matters
- Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance
- Maintain HR reports, records, and ensure HRIS data accuracy
- Drive HR process improvements and support cross-functional projects
