As a Regional Procurement Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Lead procurement process deployment and system optimization across the ASEAN region, ensuring clear communication and compliance.
• Drive business value by aligning with stakeholders on category strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting business priorities.
• Manage end-to-end procurement workflows: from needs identification to supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
• Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure contract and policy compliance.
• Mitigate procurement risks and ensure adherence to internal policies, local laws, and ethical standards.
• Champion digital transformation and lead the implementation of procurement platforms.
• Oversee central purchasing and inventory operations, including stock-take analysis and reporting.
• Review and update the drug formulary; assess and evaluate new drug listings.
• Partner with clinical operations to streamline procurement processes.
• Maintain compliance with HSA’s Wholesale and Import Licence and ensure adherence to Good Distribution Practice.
• Ensure all procurement activities meet MOHand HSA regulatory requirements.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Pharmacy and registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
• At least 5 years of drug procurement 
• Preferably with regional working experience
